Customized and Personalized Designs

Whether you're an avid homeowner passionate about home decor or a business owner aiming to deliver exceptional experiences to your clientele, our in-house design team is here to assist you in crafting tailored, personalized, or branded designs.

How it works?

1. Send us by email a high-resolution photo or a reference file of the required design. Please email it to: info@vmathome.com

2. Our design team will evaluate the design and confirm it can be created and produced in high quality.

3. If approved, place your order by following these steps:

- Add the one-time custom design fee to the shopping cart.

- Place a custom-size order here.

- Upload the reference file, if available.

4. After the order is placed:  

- You will receive a digital proof for your approval, typically within 3-5 business days.

- Once approved a 13''x18'' physical sample will be mailed to you to re-confirm the design and colors.

- The approved custom design is sent to production.

Important note: The custom design fee covers up to 2 design variations which must be based on the original reference design or pattern. If the design process is not completed after 2 modifications, an additional $50 fee will be required for any additional version.  The design fee is non-refundable.

·       -  Maximum width: 94'' *    

·       - Maximum length: 360''/ 30'.

Production and Shipping

- Made to order in the US.

- The design process may take 5-7 business days.

- Once the design is approved, the sample/mat should be ready for shipping typically within 5-7 business days and up to 12.

- Free Ground shipping within the contiguous U.S for orders up to 94'' wide.

- Expedited shipping does not rush the production time. For special shipping requests, please contact our customer support.

- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

- Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

- Samples are not to scale and are a representation of the colors and design.

Important note

By submitting your own file for production, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and possess the necessary rights to utilize it for the custom design product.
